what is an interactive display

Introduction

Interactive displays are extremely useful for a wide range of situations, and they're often used in schools, libraries and offices. They can also be found in some businesses and airport terminals for displaying flight information or to help passengers find their way around. These displays tend to be larger than regular monitors and have a touch interface built-in so that people can interact with them more easily.

An interactive display is a large flat panel display with a built-in touch interface, which makes it a little different from the traditional LCD monitor. The main difference between the two is that one can't interact with an LCD monitor in any way except by using the mouse or keyboard to move it around on the screen.

An interactive display's touch capabilities allow you to use your fingers to control what happens on screen. For example, if you wanted to zoom in on an image or text document, all you would need to do is reach forward and pinch your fingers together (as if they were pizza crust) until everything looks bigger!

Interactive displays are typically used in places where people come together to work. These could be in schools and universities, but also in libraries, offices or even airports.

Interactive displays have many different uses for example:

They can help you find information about a specific topic by providing access to relevant books and articles on the subject matter.

You can use them as a whiteboard or electronic blackboard where you can write notes or make drawings using your finger as a pen on the screen surface (called "touchscreen"). This makes it easy for everyone who wants to participate during discussions or lectures without having their own writing utensils with them!

Interactive display systems are usually bigger than normal monitors, but they have many of the same components as smaller screens. They have a screen size that's typically between 55 and 70 inches and a built-in touch interface, camera, microphone and speaker.

Interactive displays can be used alongside other types of technology, such as a computer or projector. They may also be connected to other devices like speakers or microphones to support additional features such as video conferencing.

Interactive displays are used when you want to involve multiple people in your presentation. They're great for collaboration and can be used in many different settings, from classrooms and boardrooms to training rooms and conference halls.

Interactive displays are usually larger than normal monitors because they need space for all the components that make them interactive--they can range from 42-inch screens down to 84 inches! Most interactive displays have touchscreens or pen input methods, but some also have voice recognition software built-in so you don't even need a keyboard at all!

The interactive display is a great tool for collaboration among groups of people. It's also easier to use than traditional monitors because there are no buttons or menus--just touch the screen! But remember: if you want to buy an interactive display, make sure it has all the features that are right for your needs.
